.. For the first time in Zagazig city ,Egypt and MENA regarding “ECMO Applications” ..
Cesarean section for post cardiac arrest, ARDS patient who was placed on ECMO with saved “both” mother and baby.
.. Fully equipped CardioFix ❤mobile ECMO team upon emergency call .. has moved to (Zagazig city) aiming to help post arrest pregnant female 31 weeks with ARDS on mechanical ventilator who was in need for V-V ECMO ..
.. So we placed patient on ECMO. Termination of pregnancy was urgently needed.
Patient was transported to OR ..
Cesarean section on ECMO for the first time in Egypt and MENA done
EPH team had great collaborative work to save the life of (both mother and baby) with different specialties & great kind physicians :
